It has been a while!

Starting Sunday, January 1st we will also be attempting to eat in a more "clean" way... So Cassie has helped me put together a menu plan for January and part of February (I will be cleansing for three months total, just because I know my body; and I need it! This is a very gentle cleanse so it does not hurt to do it for three months.)

For breakfasts we eat fruits, oatmeal, raw cow's milk and raw honey, or eggs fried in butter or coconut oil. I generally make breakfast smoothies with our Trim Shake and fruits and spinach for breakfast.

For lunch a lot of times we eat leftovers or PB & jelly sandwiches. We will have to make those more clean. ACK. :-p Sometimes we have eggs for lunch as well as breakfast, hard boiled or fried in butter. We like to make salads too, or soups. Sundays we will snack, because my mom fixes a large lunch after church and so we are usually pretty full and do not fix a meal in the eve. Wednesdays and Saturdays we are usually so busy, you will notice our dinners will be very much "hurry up" affairs.

Tuesday 3rd Pork Pot Roast (we raise our own pork)

Thursday 5th Artichoke and Tomato Chicken
Friday 6th Stuffed Peppers

Week 2

(This is the week I will be abstaining and eating only RAW fruits, veggies, nuts for five days)
Monday 9th Rainbow Sushi (Nori or greens wrapped veggies)
Tuesday 10th (cold) Garlic Tomato Avocado soup
Wednesday 11th Raw Zucchini Pasta with Creamy Avocado Cucumber Sauce
Thursday 12th Pumpkin and Hazelnut Soup
Friday 13th Spicy Mustard Salad
Saturday 14th Soup beans (spare ribs for flavor), corn bread

Week 3

Monday 16th Pesto Chicken Florentine
Tuesday 17th Grilled fish, smashed potatoes, salad
Wednesday 18th Eggs and Fried potatoes (remember, we use organic raw butter, so it is ok to fry things even tho it is really not the most healthy for ya!)
Thursday 19th White bean, kale, and sausage soup
Friday 20th BBQ pork (clean eating recipe for the sauce) and sweet potato fries
Saturday 21st Chili

Week 4

Monday 23rd Clean Eating Chicken Pot Pies
Tuesday 24th Carnitas
Wednesday 25th Avocado Pesto Alfredo with gluten free or whole wheat pasta
Thursday 26th Chicken BBQ casserole
Friday 27th Pan grilled pollock, asparagus
Saturday 28th Leftovers


Week 5

Monday 30th Mexican chicken
Tuesday 31st Instant Pot Stew

Week 2

Thursday 9th Meatloaf, mashed potatoes (we use organic fed raw milk and butter),  corn
