Week 10 Weight loss

Maintained week 9, lost week 8 so it is going so slowly I felt I had nothing to report :)

This week~  Lost.... a pound. I know it is best to lose weight slowly. When I lose weight slowly, it tends to stay off longer. So I am ok with the rate I am losing. It won't win me any contests, but truly, weight loss is more for myself anyhow. I just want to feel better. I want to get into better habits. And I am doing that, albeit slowly :)

I am down over all 14 pounds. :)
