Ripple baby blanket

I made this for a girl at church. I am not fond of it. I personally think it looks like a rug...

  1. I like it. Of course I can barely tie a knot much less try to knit.

  2. haha I just learned last year. My grandma has been trying to teach me how for over 25 years. I *finally* got it! ;) She nor my mo, nor my mil, have ever been able to teach me to sew though. Maybe by the time I am 60 I will learn how ;) haha

  3. Oh, and I don't know how to knit! That is crocheted (one hook as opposed to 2 needles! :-p)

  8. I like that ruggy ripple afghan!! It's pretty and warm & comfy and I like the color changes on the edge ~ I like ripple afghans too, especially when they are done in double or treble crochet ~ they are warm and wavy and always look nice.
