Getting back on track!

I lost a pound this week. I was sure I would gain, seeing as I havent been paying one iota of attention to what I have been eating. Guess the walking is paying off! :)

I am going to do better this week. I am going to count my points, and maybe I can lose another pound or maybe even two next weigh in!!
